Welcome

Here, I write about what it means to lead towards equity – in organizations, society, and our personal lives. I started this because I have consulted with dozens of teams and organizations about culture change, equity and inclusion, and leadership, and there is almost always so much more to explore and examine than we typically have time – or safety and trust – to do in the workplace.

My name is Tip Fallon, and I have been a consultant and coach for the last ten-plus years. I've worked across government, corporate, and nonprofit settings with organizations ranging from community-based nonprofits

Here I cover:

  • Topics that may be too risky for the workplace.
  • Examination and some critique of common DEI practices.
  • Both pragmatic and concrete issues and philosophical implications.
  • Got a topic you'd like covered or a situation you want advice on? email me

Some background

My name is Tip Fallon, and I have spent twenty years working at the intersection of people, organizational change, and leadership. I've held many internal and external roles, from entry-level staff to director, executive board member, and, for the last ten-plus years, a consultant. Much of my work has been US-based, and I've worked in corporate, nonprofit, and government settings with over a dozen organizations across industries such as education, finance, healthcare, engineering, research, philanthropy, and more.
